Loxon Early Warning system is a software providing efficient support to the credit monitoring activity of Bank. The main goal of the system is to identify possible threats in retail or non-retail credit portfolio (in early stage) and to take the necessary measures on time. The Bank can avoid unnecessary credit losses and even to generate new business for well performing customers. Monitoring of credit portfolio is performed from a customer or customer group aspect. The expert based prediction system evaluates several signals concerning every client based on the available quantitative and qualitative data and based on the parameterized signal rules. The statistical system evaluates the change in the PD and identifies the customer’s segmentation. If EWS suggests any kind of warning signal or recommend action for a certain case, it also enforces manual examination (root cause analysis), according to the predefined workflow. The system can support the escalation process and the pre-workout or any other optimized (segment based) customer actions.
